This has helped me tremendously in the past!!
Now, I must tell you that SOME doctors do not think that these foods have zero calories.
BUT- There are also lots of doctors who DO believe they have none!
I go with that crew! :P
I don't think God would make all food have calories! haha :)

I normally only eat 2 meals a day.
Yes, I know that "is not good."
But that is what works in my house and that is how we do it!
There are plenty of other think to eat if we get hungry!!
I was just usually picking the icecream over the orange!
I call the 2nd meal Linnerunch sense it is both lunch and dinner.
Here is what I ate for Linnerunch!
- Cabbage! (LOVE this stuff! It's in the list too!^^)
- Itty bitty cooked potatos (2)
- Cooked carrots (also in the list!^)
- Baked beans
- and tea!
I am also having a Diet Coke for dessert! haha :)
I don't usually drink much caffine at all because it makes my sinuses cRaZy!
But I was really craving this Coke! lol
I don't think I will have time to doing any exercising tonight because I am going out with my momma.
We aren't eating anything, but may get coffee. I will let you know tomorrow!
Hopefully I can squeeze in some calestinec stretches tonight.
