Here's to the first day of your journey - to a whole new life!

So I am really excited this time! I'm really going to do it!

I decided that I will post twice a day, everyday - Monday through Friday.
In the mornings around 9:30 then in the afternoons around 1 or so.

For motivation, I decided to actually wear clothes-clothes during the day.
I'm at home ALL day at least 4/7 days a week! (I take classes online)
So I would just usually stay in my pajamas, wich were roomy and didn't make me feel chunky. haha!
So I wouldn't feel bad eating a lot.
But with putting my jeans on, I feel chunky! So it reminds me to be careful! :)

                                                                                               


For motivation, ha, I painted my toenails for the first time since Sept. of '12!




My toes are so small and weird lookin'    -_-    ha! ha!

I did all my toes black then put gold on the big one.
I also CAN'T STAND not having my nails done! So I usuallly do them every Sunday night! :)




I also put on some make-up this morning... just makes me feel better.

I got up and did 10 minutes on my stationary bike then came down-the-stairs & had breakfast.

-  1 hard boiled egg
-  1 peice of toast, decrusted!
-  1 tbsp of butter (for the toast!)
-  andd my hot tea <3 :)

Ended up at 200 calories exactly! I was satisfied, not starved! And very happy :)

My baby wanted to stop by and say "Hi!" while she was murding a bat toy Mamaw gave her. :)
